Canon EF 100mm f2.8L USM IS Macro Lens
Canon's newest "L" series lens is its first mid-telephoto macro lens to include Canon's sophisticated Image Stabilization. With the highest quality optics available, combined with near-silent Ultrasonic focusing and life-size close-up capabilities without an adapter, the EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM is simply unrivalled. This is the first lens on the market to incorporate Canon's new Hybrid Image Stabilization Technology. Hybrid IS effectively compensates for both angular and shift camera shake during close-up shooting. The lens was developed to expand users' photographing range and allow a wider range of users to easily enjoy macro photography.

NOTE: Unlike the non-L 100mm macro and the EF-S 60mm macro, this lens does not have macro flash mounting "lip" at the end of the lens. In order to attach Canon macro flashes, you also need the Macro Flash Adaapter 67 which screws into the end of the lens and adds the mounting "lip".

Available for Canon DSLR cameras. Can be used on Canon mirrorless cameras when used with the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R.

Nikon's new 85mm macro lens combines lifesize (1:1) focusing and Nikon's VR vibration reduction in a small, lightweight macro lens. For use with Nikon DX format DSLR cameras.

Can be used on Nikon mirrorless cameras when used with the Nikon FTZ lens adapter.

Tokina atx-i 100mm F2.8 FF Macro Lens

The Tokina atx-i 100mm is a new macro lens capable of life-sized (1:1) magnification. The lens' multi-coating have been re-engineered to match the highly reflective silicon based CCD and CMOS sensors in today's digital SLR cameras. This lens gives the best of both worlds because optics still give full coverage and excellent sharpness on 35mm film. A macro lens that can handle both the digital and film worlds with ease.

The atx-i 100mm also has a very convenient focus limiter switch that can lock the focus out of the closes focus making it focus faster when used as a moderate telephoto lens that is excellent portraits as well.

Other features of the atx-i 100mm are:
Tokina One Touch Focus Clutch Mechanism for fast easy switching between manual and Auto focus. 55mm non-rotating filter thread for use with macro ring flashes and special effects filters. The atx-i 100mm also comes with a deep bayonet mounted lens hood.

Please Note: - The lens does not have its own motor, so it has to make use of the in-camera motor to autofocus. For this reason, it will not autofocus when used with a Nikon camera in the D3000 series or the D5000 series. It will autofocus with a camera that has a built-in motor, such as a D90, D300, D7000-7500, or any Nikon full-frame camera.
